- First of all go to the official website
- Read the notification carefully
- You will find the option of OTR Section in the main menu
- Click on Registration
- To do OTR Registration, click on the Register Now option given
- After registration, you will get the login details
- Click on the Apply option
- Click on the option of Authenticate with OTR
- Pay the application fee
- Scan and upload the document
- Click on the submit button
- Hard copy submission
